BODY FAT (body fat)
In stop mode, press the button to measure body fat.
The computer will require the settings GENDER-Gender (Figure 13), AGE-Age, HEIGHT-
Height, WEIGHT-Weight. After entering the data, it will start measuring.
Users must keep both hands on the heart rate sensor handle during measurement. The
LCD display will show "=" "==" (Figure 14) for 8 seconds until the computer stops
measuring.
The LCD display will show the BODY FAT, FAT (Figure 15), BMI (Figure 16) symbol for 30
seconds.
Error messages
* The LCD display will show "= =" "= =" (Figure 17) - poor grip on the handles or poor fit
of the chest strap.
*E-1-No heart rate input signal is detected.
*E-4-Body fat percentage is less than 5 or greater than 50 and BMI score is less than 5 or
greater than 50 (Figure 18).
