Manual mode
Press the START button in the main menu to start training in manual mode.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to select the exercise program, select the Manual icon and
press the MODE / ENTER button to enter the program.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set TIME-Time (Figure 1), DISTANCE-Distance (Figure 2),
CALORIES-Calories (Figure 3), PULSE-Tep (Figure 4). Confirm by pressing the MODE /
ENTER button.
Press the START/STOP button to start the training. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to
adjust the load level. The load level will be displayed in the WATT window, if not set for 3
seconds, it will switch to the WATT display (Figure 5).
Press the START/STOP button to pause the training. Press the RESET button to return to
the main menu.
