Before crossing a loading bridge, the operator

must make sure it is properly attached and

secured and its load capacity is sufﬁcient.
Cross the loading bridge slowly and carefully.

The driver must be sure that the vehicle to

be entered is secured sufﬁciently against

movement and that it can support the load of

the forklift truck.
The lorry driver and lift truck operator must

coordinate the departure time of the lorry.
