will display a warning, coolant level must be

checked.

Bleeding and draining the fuel

system

Bleeding, after refuelling a fuel system which

has been run dry, is performed the next time

the engine is started. Automatic continuous

bleeding takes place in the filter.
When the engine is started, the battery must

have sufficient charge to bleed the fuel system
Bleed the fuel prefilter with water separator on

the vehicle before bleeding the fuel circuit on

the engine. Use the manual fuel pump integra-

ted in the fuel prefilter to do so.

Bleeding the fuel system with a fuel pre-

filter on the chassis frame

NOTE

Dispose of the water-fuel mixture in an envi-

ronmentally responsible manner.

If water has collected in inspection window(3),

drain fuel prefilter on chassis frame(1)before


