- Remove the shroud -
- Remove control handle from bike
handle -
- On loop handle machine, dis-
connect throttle cable from
carburetor -
•
Take out the screws.
- Pull off clutch housing with drive
tube.
•
Inspect clutch drum. There
should be no scores or signs
of excessive wear.
Important: If there are signs of
serious wear on the inside
diameter, fit a new clutch drum -
- Block piston with locking screw -
•
Take out the collar screws (1).
•
Remove the clutch shoes (2).
•
Twist the clutch shoes and
detach the spring.
Important: Clutch shoes must
always be replaced in pairs.
•
Attach spring to clutch shoes.
•
Fit the washers.
•
Fit clutch shoes so that the
marks face outwards.
