Assemble in the reverse
sequence.

- Tighten clamp screws to 2.0 Nm

•

The groove (1) in the slide
control must engage over the ou-
ter edge (2) of the handle mol-
ding.

•

The torsion spring (3) must
engage the recess (4) in the sli-
de control.

- Remove the air filter -

- Take throttle cable off the con-

tact spring -

•

Pull short circuit wire off the
connector tag.

•

Disconnect throttle cable nipple
(1) from slotted pin (2) on throttle
lever.

•

Slacken off nut (1).

•

Pull throttle cable (2) out of hol-
der.

•

Remove short circuit wire (3)
from the throttle cable.

•

On bike handle, take throttle
cable out of retainers.

Assemble in the reverse
sequence.
