2.2 Safety

DANGER Scalding
The hot water at the tap can reach a temperature of up
to 80 °C. There is a risk of scalding at outlet temperatures
in excess of 43 °C. Small children should be kept away
from the taps.

3. Appliance

description

The appliance maintains the domestic hot water at the selected
temperature. The water is heated by the electrical heating ele-
ment. You can reduce the heat-up time by using the rapid heat-up
function.

The inner cylinder is protected against corrosion by an enamel
coating in conjunction with the integral protective magnesium
anode.

The expansion water that collects as the water is heated up is
drained off via the safety valve.

The thermal insulation is made of environmentally friendly and
recyclable polyurethane foam.

In the „frost protection setting“, the cylinder is protected against
frost, but the safety valve and water lines in the apartment or
house are not. If the appliance is disconnected from the power
supply, the cylinder is not protected against frost. In such cases,
if there is a risk of frost, the cylinder must be drained.
