Insert provided 1/8 in. O.D. splined nylon

tubing into hole in H11. Tubing should finish

flush with outside edge of H11. Bond from

inside cockpit with medium CA glue.

Bond H12b instrument panel to H12a as

illustrated. Tip: use a slow setting thick CA

glue to allow ample working time for

positioning of part.

Center H20 seat back over parts H19 and on

top of H10 then bond. Match edges of

headrest H21 to H14 and bond.

Tip: round

forward edges of H21 prior to installing.

Ply part H12c on latch assembly locates

within bottom center hole of H12b (hole is

keyed).

As latch is installed to cockpit assembly wire

must pass through nylon tubing as illustrated.

With latch fully seated within cockpit

assembly latch wire should extend forward of

H11 by 1/8 to 3/16 in.

Make any adjustments to fit of latch assembly

then bond H12c (latch) within H12b (cockpit)
