5.2 Wall Control Faults If the HarmonyAIR Surgical Lighting System G Series experiences a
control fault, the fault LED on the wall control blinks; even if the
system is OFF (see Standby mode as described under

To access specific fault codes, press Lighthead 3 - and + buttons
simultaneously for two seconds. The specific code (or codes) flash
using the final four LEDs of the Lighthead 3 intensity display. Each
active code is flashed sequentially. Once all codes have been
flashed, display advances to end of fault code. The cycle is repeated
five times before returning to normal light intensity display
.
When the fault codes are being displayed on the last four LEDs of
Lighthead 3, all other LEDs on the wall control are turned off.
• To manually exit the fault display before completing five cycles,
press and hold either the
+
or
-
button on Lighthead 3 for one
second at any time during the fault display cycle.
• Certain faults may be manually cleared by pressing and holding
the
+ button on Lighthead 1.
• Faults are also cleared during a power reset or a system reset. A
system reset is performed by simultaneously pressing and
holding the Lighthead 1
- and ON/OFF buttons for at least three
seconds. Those fault conditions that persist, however, continue
to show a fault.
Refer to Figure 5-1 for a summary of possible control faults that can
be displayed.
