4.10 Shutdown
Two different ways of performing the Shutdown Cycle are available to the
operator: manual or automatic.
1.
Position POWER-OFF/STANDBY switch to OFF/STANDBY position.
2.
After a one-minute delay, SHUTDOWN Cycle starts. A drain phase is
performed on tanks 1, 2, and 3 (option). If Drain Discharge Cooldown Tank
option is present, drain phase will take longer. There is a one-minute delay
before draining starts. Display shows:
SHUTDOWN IN
MM:SS
POWER ON TO ABORT
NOTE: During the one-minute delay before SHUTDOWN Cycle starts, operator
may return washer to the Ready Mode by positioning POWER-OFF/STANDBY
switch to POWER.
3.
When safety delay time has elapsed, shutdown starts. All tanks start
draining. Display shows:
SHUTDOWN IN PROGRESS
PLEASE STANDBY
... alternating with:
SHUTDOWN IN PROGRESS
MM:SS
... and printer records:
==========================
SHUTDOWN
HH:MM:SSX
YY/MM/DD
UNIT S/N 36XXXXXXXX

DRAINING:

When countdown has elapsed and
if Drain Discharge Cooldown option
is present
, display shows:

COOLDOWN TANK

When draining is completed, display shows:
