Remove hard water deposits from wash chamber and accessories as follows
using the DESCALER Cycle.
NOTE: Depending on hardness of water being used, it may be necessary to
remove hard water deposits more often. Remove deposits from wash chamber
and accessories whenever deposits become visible.
NOTE: When processing a DESCALER Cycle, note the following:
1) Manual DESCALER cycle has a duration of one hour.
2) If unit has been configured with Central Spray Header Manifold or Bottle
Washing Cart options, accessory must be used to perform DESCALER Cycle.
1.
If Central Header Manifold or Bottle Washing Cart is present
, roll Central
Spray Manifold or Bottle Washing Cart into wash chamber.

Connect manifold coupling system (option) to accessory (see Section 4.4,
Accessories).

Press
CYCLE MENU
touch pad to access third Factory-Set cycle menu.
Display shows:
CYCLE 9
CYCLE 10
DRAIN
DESCALER
___ indicates flashing position

SELECT CYCLE
touch pad to select DESCALER (flashing). Press
CYCLE START
touch pad to confirm selection and start DESCALER Cycle.
Display shows:
DESCALER
ALKALINE
DRAINING
MM:SS
... alternating with:
DESCALER
RINSE
COOLDOWN
... then:
DESCALER
RINSE
DRAINING
... then:
DESCALER
ACID
DRAINING
5. All tanks drain completely to assure only clean water is used.

not process load using Cen-
tral Header Manifold or
Bottle Washing Cart in a
chamber where Automatic
Floor Tilting option is acti-
vated. If Automatic Floor
Tilting is used, manifolded
water inlet and washer will
be damaged.
