WATER LEVEL SET UP
Make sure the SD card has been removed from the machine before proceeding!
1. From the home screen press on the password button
and type in ‘sterifeed’ in lower
case and press enter. You will return to the home screen.
2. From the home screen press the configuration button.
3. From the configuration screen press the levels Button.
Levels calibration screen
This Screen will allow a user to adjust the levels of water in the tank. All values here are in millimetres
.
1. Using the fill to next level button, check levels via tape measure or rule
2. Check the low level (low level = water bath without basket) (130mm for single storey basket & 130mm for a
double storey basket). Then press fill to next level.
3. Check the neck level (neck level = level on bottle during cooling); this should be 5-10mm below the bottom of
the bottle cap (single storey basket 165mm to 175mm* double storey baskets 220mm). Then press fill to next
level.
4. Check high level (high level = bottle submerged level during pasteurisation); this should be above the top of
the cap (220mm). Then press fill to next level.
5. Check over level (over level = overflow fault level); this should be at least 20mm above high level (245mm).
Then press auto drain, this will empty the tank.
Note: the measured point should be at the lowest point i.e. from the drain position
.
If you are finished with the water level press the configuration button
to return to the configuration menu.
Then press on
button to return to the main screen
If levels need changing proceed to next page of this manual
