USE AND OPERATION  

7.1- CORRECT CUTTING POSITION 
 

During use of the machine the operator must stand at the front so as to 
prevent the fumes produced by cutting from being sucked into the ma-
chine by the cooling fan (through the front and side ventilation open-
ings). 
 

7.2- STARTING UP 
 

The operator may start up the machine only after having read and 
understood all parts of this manual. 

Depending on the type of cut to 

be performed he must follow the work phases described below. 
 

7.3- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 
 

1- 

Ensure that the work environment and your clothing satisfy the safety 

requirements described in 

SECTION 6

. 

2- 

Position the generator in a place where there is no obstacle to air cir-

culation. 

3- 

Connect the THOR to a suitable power socket (an earthed socket is 

obligatory). 

4

- Connect the compressed air pipe to the air filter on the rear panel. 

5- 

Ensure that there is no water in the filter. If necessary, empty the fil-

ter. 

ENGLISH 

THIS UNIT USES ONLY COMPRESSED AIR. CHECK THAT THE 
CONTAINER HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED (IT COULD EXPLODE). 

THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE IS 10 BAR. THE MAXIMUM 
TEMPERATURE WITH WHICH THE UNIT CAN WORK IS 40° C.
