8.1- MAINTENANCE ORDINAIRE
Le bon fonctionnement de la machine dans le temps est directement lié
à la fréquence des opérations de maintenance.
Il suffit de procéder au nettoyage interne, d’autant plus souvent que le
lieu de travail est poussiéreux.
8.2- NETTOYAGE INTERNE DE LA MACHI-
NE
Avant d’effectuer le nettoyage interne de la machine, il faut
impérativement respecter les recommandations décrites plus haut et
procéder en suivant les phases suivantes :
1-
Enlever le
capot
(FIG. 2 - Réf. 4)
en dévissant le
vis latérales ;
2-
Éliminer les traces de poussière des parties internes de la machine à
l’aide d’un jet d’air comprimé à une pression maximum de 3 Kg/cm
2
;
3-
Contrôler visuellement toutes les
connexions électriques
, en
s’assurant que les
vis et les écrous
sont bien serrés;
4-
Contrôler visuellement l’état de tous les
composants
: si nécessaire,
remplacer les composants détériorés;
AVANT DE CONTRÔLER OU DE CHANGER DES PARTIES DE LA TORCHE,
COUPER L’ALIMENTATION AU THOR.
N’EFFECTUER EN AUCUN CAS DES TRAVAUX DE MAINTENANCE SANS
AVOIR PRÉALABLEMENT DÉBRANCHÉ LA SOURCE DU SECTEUR.
IL FAUT ÊTRE TRÈS PRUDENT QUAND ON PROCÈDE À DES CONTRÔLES
À L’INTÉRIEUR DE LA MACHINE, EN RAISON DE LA PRÉSENCE DE TEN-
SIONS DANGEREUSES.
MAINTENANCE
LES CONDENSATEURS ÉLECTROLYTIQUES INSTALLÉS À
L’INTÉRIEUR DE LA MACHINE RESTENT SOUS TENSION, MÊME
APRÈS QU’ON A DÉBRANCHÉ LA FICHE DE CONNEXION DE LA
PRISE ÉLECTRIQUE. IL FAUT IMPÉRATIVEMENT ATTENDRE AU
MOINS 5 MINUTES AVANT DE RETIRER LE CAPOT DE LA
MACHINE ET D’ACCÉDER À L‘INTÉRIEUR.
IL EST OBLIGATOIRE DE DÉBRANCHER LA FICHE DE
CONNEXION DE LA PRISE ÉLECTRIQUE, AVANT DE PROCÉDER
À UNE QUELCONQUE INTERVENTION DE MAINTENANCE SUR
LA MACHINE.

6.2- PROTECTION DEVICES ADOPTED
The THOR has been designed with protection devices which disable the
generator when the torch outside nozzle is detached; once the hood
has been replaced, the machine must be reset in order to continue
work.
Never disable the safety devices.
