Errors and
malfunctions
6.1
Safety instructions
The following information always applies to resolving
problems:
Danger due to voltage!
Contact with voltage can cause
severe injury or death due to electric
shock.
Attach or detach connectors only
when the equipment is de-
energised.
Do not open the housings of the
following components:
- Power lift
- Columns
- Control panel
PLEASE NOTE
Risk of damage to electrical equipment!
Do not use the mains cable to pull
the plug out of the socket.
Error messages displayed on the
Memory
control panel
If faults occur during operation of the desk, please
check whether it is being operated in accordance
with the user guide. In most cases, this will help you
find and eliminate the problem.
For the Memory control panel, some faults that could
occur are indicated on the display.
The tables below should help you to determine the
cause and correct the error or fault.

Message
Required measure(s)
HOT
The overheating protection circuit has
been activated.
Wait until the overheated components have cooled down.
ISP
The system has detected a collision.
Release all buttons and wait until the drive back function
process is completed.
CON followed by
ERR
The system has detected a connection
error.
Release all buttons and wait 5 seconds. Then try again.
Disconnect the power supply from the mains connection.
Then disconnect the system from the power supply. Re-
connect the system and use it as usual.
ERR followed by
ERROR NUMBER
An internal error has occurred.
Read the table below to determine the correct corrective
measure for the indicated error code.
The control panel is locked.
