The Combo Series merges many features of the
Adjustable Comfort Plus Series in a lower profile
system with individually adjustable bilateral wings.
Its intuitive function allows you to set the angle of
the wings and reliably holds them in place.
This series is designed to:

Provide a lower, thinner profile when clinically required.

Offer standard and custom ear relief cut outs.
•
Allow reliable, individually adjustable side pads to control lateral flexion.
•
Offer more than 45° lateral support adjustment from a flat position.
•
Easily accommodate the addition of positioning components and
accessories to provide additional clinical interventions.

To Adjust the Combo Headrest
:
Use an M4 Hex Wrench to loosen
the screw at the center of each side
hinge. Adjust the angle of the pad
and tighten the screw to secure the
pad in place.
