JOYSTICK DEADBAND

The Joystick Deadband parameter defines how far the joystick must be moved from its default (center)
position to engage the motors of the wheelchair. The value corresponds to the diameter of a circle
around the joystick's default (center) position. No driving or menu instruction will be executed unless
the joystick is moved out of the center deadband circle.
