User Transfer

Turn off the power chair and Mushroom Joys�ck when moving, transferring, or li�ing
the user.
Moving the Chair

Turn off the power chair and Mushroom Joys�ck when moving or transpor�ng the
wheelchair.
▪
Do NOT li� the chair by any Mushroom Joys�ck component.
Terrain Safety
▪
Do NOT use on surfaces of which you are unsure.
▪
Do NOT use on the edge of a stream, lake, or ocean.
▪
Do NOT use on roads, streets, or high automo�ve traffic areas.
▪
Always follow instruc�ons provided by the wheelchair manufacturer about driving on
safe surfaces, angles of ascent and descent.
CAUTION
Initial setup and driving should be done in an
open area, free of obstacles, until the user is fully
capable of driving safely.
