Make sure the coax cable is firmly connected
to the wall outlet and the bottom of the unit.
Also check the internal coax cable in the unit.
Make sure it’s firmly attached to both couplers.
Coax is firmly

Tighten the connections of
the coax cable. Tighten
both the external and
internal coax cable
connections in the unit.
Then perform a channel
scan.
