It is necessary to define all of Index Table data before the Dot Pattern
data to download many characters.

d1, d2, ... dx is the Dot Pattern data being downloaded.

Each data byte indicates eight vertical dots, with the most significant
bit being the top dot, and the least significant bit being the bottom dot.
