STEP  15:  

There is an 

"L-L"

 decal on the 

LEFT-LEFT  BASE COVER(77), 

and an 

"R-L"

 decal on the

RIGHT-LEFT BASE COVER(78).  

Attach the 

LEFT-LEFT

 and 

RIGHT-LEFT BASE COVERS(77, 78)

 to the

LEFT UPRIGHT(3).

There is an 

"L-R"

 decal on the 

LEFT-RIGHT BASE COVER(79), 

and an 

"R-R"

 decal on the 

RIGHT-RIGHT

BASE COVER(80).  

Attach the 

LEFT-RIGHT

and 

RIGHT-RIGHT BASE COVERS(79, 80)

 to the 

RIGHT

UPRIGHT(4).

To assemble the 

RIGHT BASE COVERS(79, 80),

 place the 

LEFT-RIGHT BASE COVER(79)

 at the inner

side of the 

RIGHT UPRIGHT(4).  

Place the 

RIGHT-RIGHT BASE COVER(80)

 at the outer side of the

RIGHT UPRIGHT(4)

 and bolt the covers together with the 

ROUND HEAD SCREWS(M4x20mm)(94). 

 Then

bolt the 

LEFT-RIGHT BASE COVER(79)

 to the 

RIGHT UPRIGHT(4)

 with 

ROUND HEAD SCREW

(M5x0.8x20mm)(96).  

Repeat on the left side.

STEP 16:  

Attach the 

RIGHT CHROMED PLATES(39)

 to the 

RIGHT SIDE HANDRAIL COVERS(38)

 with

the hooks on the chromed plates.  Be careful not to damage the hooks when attaching the 

RIGHT CHROMED

PLATES(39).  

Repeat to attach the 

LEFT CHROMED PLATES(37)

 to the 

LEFT SIDE HANDRAIL COVERS

(36).

STEP 17:

   

Connect the 

ADAPTER(121)

 to the connector located on the back right end of the 

RIGHT

COVER(8).  

Plug the 

ADAPTER(121)

 into an electrical outlet.
