STEP 1:
Refer to the illustration below. Remove the
PULL PIN(67)
from the
REAR FRAME(2).
Unfold
the
REAR FRAME (2)
away from the
MAIN FRAME(1).
Lock the frame assembly in unfolded position by
inserting the
PULL PIN(67)
into the hole in the
REAR FRAME(2).
NOTE:
Refer to the detail view. Remove the
PROTECTION TUBE
from the back of the
REAR
FRAME(2)
by removing the
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x40mm)
and
NUTS(M8).
These parts
are only for packing, do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
STEP 2:
Attach the
REAR STABILIZER(5),
the one with
LEVELING CAPS(15)
,
to the
REAR
FRAME(2)
with
CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x65mm)(52), ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(62)
and
ARC
WASHERS(M8)(63).
STEP 3:
Attach the
FRONT STABILIZER(3),
the one with
WHEEL ENDCAP
S(31)
,
to the
MAIN FRAME(1)
with
CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x65mm)(52), ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(62)
and
ARC WASHERS(M8)(63).
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove
all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing
materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing
