DISPLAY
The display shows 7 different segments:
1. CALORIES / PROGRAM
2. TIME
3. PULSE
4. DISTANCE
5. RPM / SPEED
6. WATT / LEVEL
7. DOT GRAPHIC FOR LEVELS
3. PROGRAM OR PARAMETER SELECTION / CANCELLING A TRAINING:
• Program selection
: Press this button in stand-by mode. The programs are combinations of
different intensity levels which are automatically changed during your trainings. The 'PROGRAM
OVERVIEW' section of this manual shows the different programs.
• Selecting
Target parameter
for setting: Press this button until the selected parameter (Distance,
Time or Distance) flashes in the display.
• Cancelling a training
: Press and hold this button during a training session. Standby mode will be
activated and the current training results will be reset to 0.
4. VALUE SETTING BUTTONS UP / DOWN:
• During a training session, press these buttons to increase (up) or decrease (down) the intensity
level. Press and hold the appropriate button to quickly increase or decrease the intensity by
several levels.
• Press these buttons during program or target value selection or colour selection to switch between
the individual options.
5. COLOUR MODE SELECTION:
• Press and hold this button in stand-by mode to access the colour mode selection. The different
lighting options are described in the 'COLOUR MODE' section of this manual.
• During a training session, press this button to turn the display lighting on or off.
