TRAINING ON THE PUNCHING BAG
Stretching exercises
Stretch your body sufficiently before and after the exercises to prevent cramps or injuries.
It‘s recommended to start with shadow boxing to warm up and get a feel for the punches.
Shadow boxing
Training on a punching bag offers many advantages. It‘s not only an effective full-body workout
that strengthens your muscles, but also an effective way to improve your self-defense skills.

Intensive whole body training
During punching bag training, all your body muscles are used. The muscles in the upper body, arms
and legs are particularly strengthened. The punching bag workout trains endurance, speed, concent-
ration, responsiveness, coordination and mobility. The pounds melt more than almost any other sport.
Even half of a punching bag training can burn between 300 and 400 calories!
