Lubricate the Stride Motor:

STEP 1. Remove the cap on the stride support assembly. First press in (A), then

push up

, and pull out

STEP 2. Pedal to power up the unit. While the scrolling message "SELECT

PROGRAM OR QUICK START" appears, hold the ENTER and CALORIES
buttons for three seconds. The Stride Motor will move up to a position that
is easy to be lubricated.
