This program provides 20 workout levels to choose from. The preset combination
is "STAGE 5". You can press Workout Level

keys to swap to another stage.
The information window will display your current stage for your reference.
The Vari-Stride is a program that can change the stride length automatically.
a. This program provides 3 selection of workout time. They are 20 / 30 / 40
minutes for option. The information window will display "1-20 2-30 3-40". Press
1, 2 or 3 on the numeric keypad to select one of them.
b. After input the workout time, the display will prompt you to set maximum stride
length from 25~ 29"(630 ~ 730mm). The default setting of maximum stride
length is 25"(630mm). Press
/
keys to adjust the desired stride length, then
press ENTER to confirm your setting. The workout time will count down directly
from 20, 30 or 40 minutes according to your selection.
These are heart rate control programs. Changing the resistance level to achieve
your desired heart rate target.
a. Target Heart Rates for each program as below
WT LOSS: 65% Heart Rate Control = (220-age)*65%
CARDIO: 80% Heart Rate Control = (220-age)*80%
CUSTOM HR: The program neglects user's age. This is a custom HR that
allows user to set up their own target heart rate.
Note: When a CUSTOM HR program is selected, the information window will
display a message of "ENTER TARGET HR". The preset value of "120"
flashes on the electronic display. Press
/
keys or numeric keys 0 ~ 9
to adjust the desired HR value from 84 to 200 beats. Press ENTER to
confirm your choice.
b. If no heart rate signal is detected during the workout, the information window
will display a message of "NO HEART RATE READING, PLEASE CHECK
TRANSMITTER". The program will not change resistance level automatically
under such circumstance. Only allow user to manually adjust resistance level
by pressing Workout Level

keys.
c. Once you enter this program, the following figure will appear.
