3-3: Set the USER ID:

Rather than using a USER 1,2,3,4 number, you may input your initials to
indentify yourself. If the USER ID has not been set up yet, the letter "A"
appears and flashes in the dot matrix window.

Press

to see letters A~Z appear one by one, then numbers 0~9 appear

similarly. Press

to see numbers 9~0 appear one by one, then letters Z~A

appear similarly.

Press

or

to select a letter or number, then press ENTER to confirm your

choice.

USER ID settings consist of 2 figures only.

USER AGE

WT

Example shows a USER ID "SA".

3-4: Revise the USER ID

The USER ID can be revised by pressing both MODE keys simultaneously.
The original ID will appear first. Press

or

to change the ID, then press

ENTER to confirm your choice.

3-5: When the USER number and data appear, the total accumulative workout

TIME is displayed on WINDOW 1; and the total accumulated workout
STRIDE count is displayed on Window 2. The relevant target heart rate
values also appear on 65% HR Target and 80% HR Target windows.

If no memory exists for the chosen USER number, values do not

appear in windows.

3-6: Clear the USER record

In the desired user setting, for example, USER 1, hold the RESET key.
"CLR?" will appear in the dot matrix window. Press

or

to choose "YES"

or "NO" on the HEARTRATE window, and press ENTER to confirm your
choice. Selecting "YES" erases total stride and total time memory for USER 1.
