11. Electromagnetic Compatibility EN 60601-1-2
Changes or modifications to this system not expressly approved by manufacturer could cause EMC issues with
this or other equipment.
This system is designed to comply with applicable regulations regarding EMC. Its compliance with these
requirements has been verified.
It needs to be installed and put into service according to the EMC information stated as follows.
Use of portable telephones or other radio frequency (RF) emitting equipment near the system may cause
unexpected or adverse operation.
The equipment or system should not be used adjacent to, or stacked with, other equipment. If adjacent or
stacked use is necessary, the equipment or system should be tested to verify normal operation in the
configuration in which it is being used.
The machine is intended for use in the electromagnetic environment specified below. It is the responsibility of
the customer or user to ensure that the machine is used in such an environment.
The machine uses RF energy only for its internal function. Therefore, its RF emissions are very low and are not
likely to cause any interference in nearby electronic equipment.
The machine is suitable for use in all establishments, including domestic and those directly connected to the
public low-voltage power supply network that supplies buildings used for domestic purposes.
Floors should be wood, concrete or ceramic tile. If floors are covered with synthetic material, the relative
humidity should be at least 30%.
Mains power and power frequency magnetic fields should be at levels characteristic of a typical location in a
typical commercial or hospital environment.
