When the trainer is stopped, and a dot is flashing on the display, use
the dial to go to the next program. It should also be used during value setup
– when the value is flashing, use the UP button to increase it.
Using the button during the training will increase the resistance.
DOWN
When the trainer is stopped, and a dot is flashing on the display,
use the dial to go to the previous program. It should also be used during
value setup
– when the value is flashing, use the DOWN button to decrease
it.
Using the button during the training will decrease the resistance.
RECOVERY
Pressing this button will take you to the pulse measurement
mode. When in pulse measurement mode, pressing this button again will
close the mode.
RESET
Pressing this button will reset the data of current training.

PULSE
: shows current pulse level during training. To achieve proper
measurement, please put both hands on the sensors built into the
handlebar. After about 4 seconds the measurement will show on the
display. To check if the pulse level is stable please hold the hands on the
sensors during the whole training session. Note: The shown data are
general and given for comparison of various training sessions. They should
not be used for medical purposes. Scope: 60

The device is equipped with 12 initially set programs, WATT, and HRC.
CREATING AN USER PROFILE
The device can be used by several users. In order for the system to
remember the user data used, among others, during calculating the amount
of burnt calories it is sufficient to create a profile. In order to create a profile,
after the counter start-up use the UP/DOWN buttons and choose one of the
values (U0-U4). Press SELECT to confirm. Fill out the data: sex, age,
height, and weight. Press SELECT again to confirm. Please select your
profile every time before commencing training.
If there is no necessity to choose other training parameters (e.g. time, goal),
the user can start the training immediately after choosing his/her profile.
PROGRAM SELECTION
To go to the selected program, please press the UP/DOWN buttons until
the name of the program appears on the display.
Please confirm the choice with SELECT button.
SETTING TRAINING PARAMETERS
The next step after confirming program selection is the setup of training
parameters
– goal that you want to achieve during the current session.
Every time the parameters are set up by pressing the UP/DOWN buttons
when the number on the counter is flashing. Pressing the SELECT button
confirms the value.
RECOVERY OPTION
The Recovery option is used to determine in what condition the user is,
which in turn can help during the selection of appropriate program. This is
done on the basis of user’s pulse value.
To perform the measurement, press the RECOVERY button and place both
hands on the pulse sensors built into the handlebar. A flashing symbol
–
heart and pulse value will appear on the display (the initial value will be
between 65 and 85). Please wait a while to stabilise the pulse. Then press
the RECOVERY button. Only the time remaining to end the measurement
and pulse value will be visible on the display. The measurement time is 60
seconds and the counting is shown on the display. After the time is up, the
display will show the result:
F1
– perfect condition, F2 – Good condition, F3 – Average condition, F4 –
Below average condition, F5
– poor condition, F6 - very poor condition.
Note! The Recovery function will not be activated if the system does not
detect your pulse.
To return to the main screen, press the RECOVERY button again after the
test ends.
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
Manual program
In this mode the user decides with what resistance (1-16) he/she wants to
train. The resistance level can be changed during the training by turning
the UP/DOWN buttons. Please remember to select resistance appropriate
to the current disposition. If you feel that the resistance is too big
– reduce
it.
Initially set programs (P1-P12)
Initially set programs provide interesting and balanced training with various
difficulty level. The progress of programs (distribution of resistance levels
in time) is shown on the display during the program selection. Among the
12 programs were prepared less burdening and interval programs, as well
as more intense programs. This allows the user to select program best
suiting his/her needs.
Watt Program
This program focuses on the value of energy produced during a training.
Set the goal
– WATT value that you want to achieve and adjust the
resistance depending on the training intensity. The results depend on,
among others, the number of rounds per minute: if the user is pedalling
faster, then the resistance level should be reduced; if the user is pedalling
faster - the level should be increased.
This should be done in order to maintain a constant WATT value.
