INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (Drawings

Step 1 Attach the front stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1) with curved
washer (15), spring washer (14) and Allen socket half thread screw (13).
Step 2 Attach the rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1) with curved
washer (15), spring washer (14) and Allen C.K.S half thread screw (13).
Step 3 Attach saddle(4) to the saddle post(5) with rotary knob washer(11)
and L zinc alloy handle(12).
Step 4 Loosen L zinc alloy handlebar (12). Insert handlebar adjustment(6)
into main frame(1). Then lock L zinc alloy handlebar (12).
Step 5
1) Install the monitor fixed piece (63) in handle set (7) and lock with Philip
full thread screw.
2) Make the monitor sensor wire (66) and handle pulse wire (67) go through
the middle hole of the monitor fixed piece (63). And install the monitor (64)
on the fixed piece (63) locking with Philip full thread screw (65)
3) Connect monitor pulse wire (67) and handle pulse wire (69).
Step 6
1) Attach handlebar (7) to the handlebar adjustment (6) with rotary knob
washer (11) and
L zinc alloy handle (12)
2) Connect monitor sensor wire(66) and magnet sensor wire (68)
Step 7 Attach left pedal(8) and right pedal(9) to the main frame(1), then
lock them tightly.
Step 8 Attach bottle post(10) to the main frame(1) with Philips pan head
full thread screw(16).
Levelling and Moving the device (pictures p. 37)
Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike is
positioned correctly. Please level the equipment by means of the stabilizer
Knobs. To transport the device, raise it carefully on its front wheels and
move to another place, holding it on both sides.
Height adjustment of the bike saddle (drawing
– p.37)
Bike saddle height can be adjusted by removing the handwheel and setting
the saddle shank at the correct height.
The saddle height may be adjusted over the entire length of the shaft.

To adjust the saddle height, loosen the bolt clamping the seat shank in
a bike frame.

Then select the appropriate seat height for a user by moving the saddle
shank up or down.

After selecting a given height, tighten the handwheel so that it is not
possible to change the position of the saddle shank.
Note: Do not remove the seat shank above the minimum or maximum signs
marked on the shaft of the bike saddle.
