Two-Post Rack Mounting
Warning:
The chassis should never be installed in a two-post rack using the front rack
ears. There is a risk of equipment damage and personal injury, due to the weight of the
system.

Attach the center-mount brackets with the supplied screws if they are not already
secured to the chassis. Be sure to use all screws (
Figure 1 ).

Lift the chassis into the rack using an equipment lift or with four people to support
and secure the chassis (
Figure 2 ).
