3.2 Alert Indication
Audible Alert Indication
Single Beep: Invalid Action
Double Beeping Sequence: Pending Warning Condition
Triple Beeping Sequence: Pending Alarm Condition
A single short beep indicates that the operator attempted to
carry out an invalid action.
This is the case e.g. if the operator attempts to enter the menu
from a remote unit.
An active (not acknowledged) warning condition is indicated
by a double beeping sequence:
two beeps - no beeps for the set escalation time period - two
beeps …
and so on as long as the pending (active) warning condition
exists.
Simultaneously, the warning is visually indicated, see “Visual
Alert Indication“ for details.
The active warning may be muted (silenced) by pressing
ACK MUTE
directly from the main speed display page.

If a not acknowledged active warning gets rectified, the
warning is automatically silenced.
An active (not acknowledged) alarm condition is indicated by
a triple beeping sequence:
three beeps - no beeps for 7 sec. - three beeps …
and so on as long as the pending (active) alarm condition
exists.
Simultaneously, the alarm is visually indicated, see “Visual
Alert Indication“ for details.
The active alarm may be muted (silenced) by pressing
ACK MUTE
directly from the main speed display page.

If a not acknowledged active alarm gets rectified, the
