Configures the speed input.
Settings:

Speed is computed from pulses at the 200 p./NM interface

The input reads speed from an NMEA sentence received at
the serial speed data input 1.

If NMEA speed input is used and more than one valid type of speed
sentence is received, the input is evaluated by the following priority:
1) VBW: lgs (longitudinal ground speed)
2) VBW: lws (longitudinal water speed)
3) VHW: ws (water speed = vector sum of longitudinal and transversal
waterspeed)
4) VTG: lgs (longitudinal ground speed calculated from SOG, COG and
speed error afflicted gyro heading)
