2.3 Major Applications and Scope of Application
The Pulse Oximeter can be used to measure human Hemoglobin Saturation and pulse rate through the fin-
ger, and displays the pulse strength via a bar-display. The product is suitable for use at home, in a hospital
(Ordinary sickroom), in an Oxygen Bar, at social medical organizations as well as to simultaneously measure
oxygen saturation and pulse rate.
This product is not suitable for use as continuous supervision of patients.
In the event of toxicosis caused by carbon monoxide poisoning, the measurement may be overesti-
mated. The device should not be used under these circumstances.
