The Sensor Lock fixing system is 
not powered, is locked or is faulty. 

Check  the  fixing  system  power  supply.  If  the 
problem  persists,  immediately  remove  the  device 
from service and contact the service centre. 

The stretcher is used with a  
fastener that does not provide 
automatic release. 

If necessary, request a different fixing system.
