This command returns the grating to home position.

SCAN
This command scans the monochromator between a START position and an END position at a rate determined by the
Spectral ProductsEED command. The START may be greater or smaller than the END. Valid values of position are
grating and units dependent and are described in Appendix B, page 21.

CM110/112 Action: Sets CTS low, and moves below (above) the starting value. Sets CTS high and accelerates to
