Volume Control
Stereo audio extracted from the selected input will be routed to the RCA connectors on the back
of the SP-SW5100-VUHD. These audio levels are adjustable (pre-amplified) to support powered
speakers or an external amplifier.
Adjustment to the stereo audio output can be achieved a number of ways. First, it can be ad-
justed using the IR remote supplied with the SP-SW5100-VUHD. Second, volume can be adjust-
ed using the free software called “Switcher Settings” available on the product web page for the
SP-SW5100-VUHD. And, finally, it can be adjusted manually using USB (USB-CDC), RS232, and
Ethernet terminal emulation menu settings.

From the IR Remote controller, shown below, select the Up and Down buttons until the desired
Volume Level is determined. One will not see any indication of the adjustment from LEDs or
other indicators on the device itself.
