FIRST 100 WORKING HOURS
When the implement has done its first 100 hours, completely change the oil in the
gearbox. To proceed, place a container underneath the drain hole, remove all of oil
through the hole located in the front side of the box after opportunely leaning the
implement. Then fill in the case with new oil through the filler hole. This substitution
is necessary because the gears are new and so are subject to quicker wear. Use
ISO VG 320 mineral oil only. The recommended quantity is approx 4,2L (1,1 US gal/
0,9 UK gal). For the disposal of oil, refer to “7 - DISPOSAL & RECYCLING” section
EVERY 300 WORKING HOURS
Completely change the oil in the gearbox proceeding as described above. Use ISO VG
320 mineral oil only. For the disposal of oil, refer to “7 - DISPOSAL & RECYCLING”
section
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic hoses must be replaced when cracks or sign of deterioration are visible
Work on hydraulic system must only be performed if the hydraulic system is
depressurized

attached to this manual.
The spare parts to be used must meet the technical requirements
specified by SOVEMA. This is always ensured with original spare
parts.
