LOWER TOWER AND GIVE WIND
GENERATOR A COMPLETE
MECHANICAL CHECK. FIX OR REPLACE
ANY WORN OR LOOSE PARTS.

a) Check tightness of all tower mounting nuts and bolts

and propeller mounting bolts.

b) Check all bearings. Just perceptible play is acceptable.

c) Clean the propeller with a mild detergent solution to
remove all dirt and debris. Avoid scratching the surface.
Replace blades if they are cracked or damaged.

Tighten tower
and blade mount-
ing bolts

Do not tighten
pivot pin nut.
