3.4.1 General information pushing aids
All height-adjustable pushing aids are intended exclusively for pushing the occupant in
his wheelchair -
not to carry
.
Children cannot assess the swivel range of protruding pushing aids and can injure others
while playing. It is advisable to fold in or dismantle the pushing aids for such purposes.
Before each use of the pushing aids, check the tight lock and the functionality of the
eccentric clamps. It must not be possible to move the pushing aids in the retainer when the
eccentric clamp (s) are in the closed position.
