5.3 Deleting all paired mobile phones
To delete all mobile phones, as well as to reset the SOREX
Door Phone & Code to factory settings, a factory reset can be
performed. For more information refer to chapter 8.
5.4 One-sided termination of pairing
If you have deleted the device “SOREX Door Phone and Code”
from the list of paired devices on your mobile phone, it is no
longer possible to open the door. However, the pairing on the
side of the “SOREX Door Phone and Code” has not been
terminated. Therefore, you will automatically receive a request
to connect with the “SOREX Door Phone and Code”, if you
approach the device. In some cases, the request to connect
will only appear, if Bluetooth settings are opened.
If you wish to reconnect with the “SOREX Door Phone and
Code”, follow the steps below.
If you do not wish to reconnect with the “SOREX Door Phone
and Code”, the mobile phone has to be deleted from the
device. To do so, refer to the user manual for the SOREX app.
