FAQ
You receive a notice of error, when pairing a mobile
phone?
There is an error with the Bluetooth function of your mobile
phone. In this case, it is necessary to use the app to pair your
mobile phone with the SOREX Door Phone & Code (see the
user manual for the SOREX app). Your smart phone will be
paired automatically when you enter a new door in the app.
You cannot pair your mobile phone, because your
phone is already paired with the device?
Terminate the pairing with the SOREX Door Phone & Code in
your Bluetooth settings. After doing that, you should be able
to reconnect with the device.
You constantly receive a request for pairing, if you
enter the detection range of the device?
In this case, the pairing of the mobile phone with the device
has only been deleted on the mobile phone. However the
SOREX Door Phone & Code is still paired with the phone. For
more information, please refer to chapter 5.4.
Your code has not been accepted by the device.
There are two possible reasons for this. Either your code is
blocked, or the device’s buffer is full. Press the button “X” on
the keypad before entering your code.
