The computer cannot connect to a Wireless LAN Access Point
Check that the Wireless LAN switch is in the ON position.
Check that the Access Point is on.
Check that the encryption key is entered correctly.
In order to protect your privacy, once you have fixed the encryption key, it will be masked (*****), so you
cannot see it on the screen.
Connection availability is affected by distance and obstructions. You may need to move your computer
away from obstructions or closer to the Access Point.
The channel of peer to peer mode is different from the specified one
If the second computer specifies a different channel from the first computer with the same Network Name,
the settings of the first computer take priority.
If you want to communicate between two or more computers, you need to configure all these computers in
exactly the same way.
This means that you need to enter the same
Network name
and the same
Network key
on all computers
as on the first computer you configure.
The settings cannot be saved in the
Edit Configuration
screen even though I entered the encryption key
with the
Use hexadecimal
option
Use Alphanumeric Characters
check box is selected on the display but the settings with
Use
hexadecimal
are saved.
The computer connects to a Wireless LAN Access Point automatically
If the security of the Wireless LAN Access Point is not configured by default, it may connect automatically.
This is normal, it is not a malfunction.
