To adjust the volume of all speakers at the same
time
Press VOL + or – on the remote.
To reset the current sound field to the original
factory settings
Click STANDARD.
To go back to the previous menu
Click RETURN or press RETURN on the remote control.
If the test tone is on, it turns off automatically.
To exit to the main menu.
Click EXIT or press EXIT on the remote control.
If the test tone is on, it turns off automatically.
Customizing the Sound Fields
Each sound field is composed of an tone (bass and
treble) and surround sound parameters — variables of
sound, that create the sound image.
You can customize the sound fields by adjusting the
speaker level (LEVEL) and delay time (DELAY)
surround parameters to suit your listening situation.
Once you customize the sound fields, they are stored in
memory unless the system is unplugged for about 1
week.
Adjusting the tone
Adjust the tone of the front, center and rear speakers
for optimum sound. You can adjust the tone of all
sounds fields, including Dolby Surround.

Start playing a program source, then click
SOUND in the main menu.

Click the sound field you want to adjust.

Click TONE.
The TONE EDIT menu appears.

Click BASS + or – to adjust the level of the low
frequencies and click or – to adjust the
level of the high frequencies as you desire.
Note
You may hear some noise as you adjust the parameters.
