Home Theater Room: RF Remote Commander

Unit
1. Attach the supplied ferrite core to the AC power cord of the RF Remote Commander unit’s charger cradle. Wrap the AC power core
twice around the ferrite core.
2. Connect the AC power cord of the charger cradle to a wall outlet.
3. Place the RF Remote Commander unit on the charger cradle.
The RF Remote Commander unit has an internal battery that
needs to be charged for about 16 hours prior to first use.
Remote Room: In-Wall Keypads

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The in-wall keypads use the Cat 5 cable for both signal and DC power. Failure to test each in-wall keypad Cat 5
cable prior to connecting the keypad may result in damage to the keypad. Be sure to test your RJ-45 connector prior to plugging in
each in-wall keypad. For details, please consult the sub-section below entitled “Remote Control Connection.”
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each in-wall control panel includes an infrared sensor window. Be sure to position all in-wall control panels away
from direct sunlight or lighting equipment. Exposure to sunlight or lighting equipment may cause a malfunction.
