4.  Remove the four screws, and then remove the heat sink VIF. 
5.  Remove the radiation sheet VIF. 
6.  Remove the wave absorption sheet. 
7.  Remove the VIF-77 board. 

 

 

 

 

• 

When attaching the heat sink VIF, tighten the screws in the following sequence: (a), (b) and others. 

 

• 

When handling the radiation sheet, care should be taken because it is easily deformed. If the radiation sheet is deformed or 
damaged, replace it with the new one. 

 

• 

The radiation sheet may be strongly attached. When removing the board, remove the heat sink VIF being careful not to apply 
load to the mounted parts. 

 
8. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
