Disassembly of the pinch slider
Check before work
When attaching the parts described in this section, various phase
adjustments are required. Before work, refer to page 5-19 and check
the reference phases.
Assembly: Attach them while referring to the figure above or below and the descriptions.
Move the pinch slider to the leftmost end, and
slide it upward and remove it when two shafts
A are superimposed on the holes of the pinch
slider.
Move the sub-slider to the rightmost and remove
it from two shafts

Attach the loading arm assy. (Refer to the figure above.)
The phases of the GL gear S and GL gear T must match and
the positioning hole
G of the loading arm assy must be
superimposed on the hole of the chassis. (Fig. 5)
2 Attach the pinch slider. (Fig. 1, 2)

Apply grease to the groove at the rear of the sub-cam gear.
(Fig. 6)
After applying, adjust the phase of the sub-cam gear to that of
the pinch slider. (Fig. 7)
Phase pin
D of the loading arm assy must be inserted into the
groove at the rear of the sub-cam gear. (Fig. 5, 7)
