Assembly Component Parts

Mode: Threading end

Replacement Flowchart

Removal/Attachment

1. Rotate the TG-7 upper flange shown in the figure

in the counterclockwise direction, and remove

the TG-7 guide assembly component parts.

2. Replace the required parts, and attach the

component parts in the reverse order of step 1.

Check/Adjustment

3. Perform TG-7 guide height check/adjustment.

(Refer to Section 6-37.)

4. Perform the tracking adjustment.

(Refer to Section 7-3.)

5. Perform the check after tracking adjustment.

(Refer to Section 7-4.)

6. Perform the check of self-recording tape

playback. (Refer to Section 7-5.)
