When listening to FM
radio
FM broadcasts are not clear.
 Select the frequency manually to
improve reception (page 26).
Reception is weak and sound
quality is poor.

Listen to the FM broadcast near a
window since the signal may be weak
inside buildings or vehicles.

The headphone cord works as an aerial.
Extend the headphone cord as far as
possible.
The FM broadcast is affected
by interference.

When using a device emitting radio
signals such as a mobile phone, keep it
away from the unit.
When calling
The recipient’s voice cannot be
heard.
 Check that both the unit and the
Bluetooth mobile phone are turned on.

Check the connection between the unit
and the Bluetooth mobile phone. Make a
Bluetooth connection (HFP or HSP)
again (page 20).

Check that output of the Bluetooth
mobile phone is set for the unit.
 Check that the volume of the unit is not
set too low.

Turn up the volume on the connected
Bluetooth mobile phone if necessary.
 If you are listening to music using the
unit, stop playback, press the button
and talk.
Low sound from recipient
 Turn up the volume of the unit.
 Turn up the volume on the connected
Bluetooth mobile phone if necessary.
