Follow the steps below to install the BKM-B30NW Network
Adaptor to the PFM-42B1E Flat Panel Display (Display).
Installing the Network Adaptor

Before installation
• Before installation, make sure that the power to all the
equipment is off. To turn the Display completely off, press
the

switch so that the Display changes to standby mode,
then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
• When you install the Adaptor, make sure that the Display is
locked and stable.

Loosen the two screws located on the top and bottom of
the installed adaptor or the panel cover. Use a
screwdriver to turn the screws counterclockwise.

Remove the adaptor or the panel cover. (Fig.

Check the direction (top/bottom) of the Network
Adaptor and insert it into the Display. Make sure that the
connector inside the Display is firmly connected.

Using a slot screwdriver, tighten the two screws of the
Network Adaptor. Connect any other cables, as needed.

Caution
Do not touch the connectors in the Display. Doing so may
be result in injury to yourself.
Note
When the BKM-B30NW is installed, the buttons (MENU,
v / V , ENTER) on the rear panel of the Display cannot be
operated.
Use them on the Remote Commander.
